We recommend you exchange tickets in advance at 41 Shotover Street, Queenstown (Opposite Fergburger) during high seasons.
Please arrive at the base of the Gondola at least 45 minutes prior to your booked meal time to ensure sufficient time to collect your tickets, queue and take the Gondola to the top of Bob's Peak where the restaurant is located.

Additional luge information:
The Blue Track is a leisurely ride with gentle gradient, easy bends, tunnels and dips.
The Red Track has a steeper gradient and is a more adventurous ride with the thrill of banked corners, tunnels, dippers and cuttings.
All riders complete the Blue Track on the first run of the day.
Children under the age of 5 years old or under 110cm must ride in tandem on the Blue Track with a paying adult, at a cost of $2 NZD per ride.
Children must be 135cm or taller to be allowed to ride the Red Track unaccompanied.
If you purchase multiple Luge rides they cannot be split between multiple people.

Cancellation rules during high season (25th December 2019 - 25th February 2020):
10% payment fee will be charged for cancellations or changes made between 17 and 23 days prior to the activity.
No cancellations, refunds or changes can be made within 16 days of the activity.
If you do not show up at the required time, you will be considered to have forfeited your booking and will not be entitled to a refund.
