Departing from The Hermitage Hotel, you'll be transported to the Tasman Valley where you can take part in a 25-minute alpine walk with an experienced guide. Then it is time to board your custom-built MAC boat and enjoy the ever-changing scenery of the Tasman Glacier. See beautiful icebergs of all shapes and sizes up close. You can even touch and taste the ice crystals which are between 300 and 500 years old. As you cruise around the lake, your knowledgeable guides will tell you about the glacier's constantly changing landscape, which makes every expedition unique.
