For an additional NZD 20, you will be guaranteed a window seat (same upgrade price for adults and children).
This package includes a complimentary house drink (soft drink, beer, wine, or any of the restaurant's cocktails) and unlimited still or sparkling water.
Premium Dining has to be done for the entire table.

You can also make your way to 41 Shotover Street, Queenstown (Opposite Fergburger) to exchange your ticket in high seasons.
Please arrive at the base of the Gondola at least 45 minutes prior to your booked activities to ensure sufficient time to collect your tickets, queue and take the Gondola to the top of Bob's Peak where the restaurant is located.

Cancellation rules during high season (25th December 2019 - 25th February 2020):
10% payment fee will be charged for cancellations or changes made between 17 and 23 days prior to the activity.
No cancellations, refunds or changes can be made within 16 days of the activity.
If you do not show up at the required time, you will be considered to have forfeited your booking and will not be entitled to a refund.
Cancellation rules on Christmas Day and New Years Eve:
