Try one of the most thrilling new adventures available in Australia today – the Jet Pack, Jet Board or Jetovator!
The Jetpack is the world's first water-powered device, launched in Australia in 2012. Inspired by James Bond, the Jetpack is a backpack unit in which you are strapped in by a 5 point safety harness (similar to race cars). Water is propelled from the powered unit, into a 20 metre hose, which is forced into 2 jet nozzles on the Jetpack, which in turn lifts you above the water. You use two hand controls to steer left and right as well as up and down. It's that easy! And because you are strapped in by the harness, you can even let go and use your body weight to control the Jetpack.
Or have a go on the Jetboard or Flyboard, the craze that is sweeping the nation! With a water-jet powered board attached to your feet, you can soar above the water and dive under it like a dolphin.
The instructors will show you that by just simply moving of your feet, and a little balance you too can be like Iron Man or Astro Boy! You'll be connected to your instructors by a communication helmet so you can keep flying like a hero.
Alternatively, test out the Jetovator, a device that is simple and easy to use where you ride over the water. With smaller jets, this device really gets some speed and is as easy as riding a bike. Just over water.
