  • Child ticket: Ages 4-15 years
  • Infants aged 0-3 can travel for free.
  • All children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult.
  • Customers with cars need to purchase the add-on package which includes a driver in the price.
  • Cars must be under 5 metres and height of vehicle must not exceed 4.4 metres.

Cancellation rules:
  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellation or revision made at least 11 days before use.
  • 25% payment fee will be charged for cancellation or revision made at 6-10 days before use.
  • No cancellation or revision within 5 days before use.
  • If you do not show up at the required time, you will be considered to have forfeited your booking and will not be entitled to a refund.

  • Q:Can I take my bike on the ferry?
    A:Hi there, thank you for your question. Bicycles are welcome on the ferry. You pay the foot passenger fare and the bike travels for free. Please note your bicycle and you must board the ferry through the car ticket window, from where you will then ride onto the ferry.
