  • Upon booking this product, you will receive confirmation in the form of a tour voucher.
  • Please present the voucher on your mobile device on the day of the tour.

Cancellation rules:
  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellation or revision made at least 10 days before use.
  • 20% payment fee will be charged for cancellation or revision made at 5-9 days before use.
  • No cancellation or revision within 4 days before use.
  • For cancellations due to bad weather, you can choose change another date or refund.
  • If you do not show up at the required time, you will be considered to have forfeited your booking and will not be entitled to a refund.
