10 minutes walk from Kuranda Terminal to Kuranda Village where food and drinks are available for purchase; the Koala Gardens and Australian Butterfly Sanctuary are also in Kuranda Village.
Skyrail operating hours: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm, last departure time is 3:45 pm
Kuranda Scenic Railway departs Kuranda village at 2:00 pm or 3:30 pm.
Canopy Glider upgrade information:
The Canopy Glider operates with 2 departures daily. Check in times are 9:15 am (from Smithfield Terminal) or 1:45 pm (from Kuranda Terminal).
Children under 10 years of age are not permitted on the Canopy Glider; Children aged between 10 and 14 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Minimum height is 140 centimetres.
Waist measurement must be between 65 and 130 centimetres.
There are weight restrictions for the glider and weight must be provided at the time of booking.
