Start your tour by being picked up from your accommodation in Hobart to make your way to the ferry terminal in Kettering which will take you to Bruny Island. At Bruny Island you'll be guided through the Mount Mangana rainforests in search of White Wallaby in the wild. You'll cross and climb the narrow sandy isthmus known as The Neck and Wildlife Zone. Your tour continues onwards to the Cape Bruny Lighthouse Station to join a tour of Australia's southernmost Lighthouse.
After the tour it's time to enjoy a Bruny Island Cheeses and Oysters picnic style morning tea, on one of the islands pristine white beaches. Heading onward, you'll stop at many of the Bruny Island food producers, lookouts and sweeping beaches with ample time for short walks or a paddle in the cool ocean waters. The tour also includes lunch, so you can indulge in more of the local fare. You'll enjoy lunch with a wide selection of locally caught fresh fish, succulent local lamb, salmon, seafood chowder or the popular seafood platter. After lunch there's more island sightseeing before boarding the ferry for the return trip to Hobart!
