During the day you can choose to relax and sunbake on the deck, or get involved and take the wheel, hoist the sails and grind the winches on this famous sailing yacht.

Your 2 day and 2 night adventure cruise begins at 1:00 pm, departing from Abell Point Marina. For 2 full days, your experienced Prima crew will sail around the Whitsunday Islands, visiting all the favourite hot spots in the area. With Whitehaven Beach, amazing coral reefs and calm overnight anchorages at the top of the list, you will get to see all the best parts of the Whitsundays on board Prima.
During your two days, you will cover around 90 nautical miles or 160 kilometres. You will begin by sailing across the Whitsunday Passage to Blue Pearl Bay off of Hayman Island. Next you will sail around the southern side of Hook Island, pass through Hook Passage and speed sail your way to Cataran Bay on Border Island. At the end of the day, it is time to kick back and take it easy. Take your drinks up onto the deck to watch the sunset on a glorious day in paradise. Because of the small group size and the boat layout, Prima offers a relaxed and social setting perfect for making new friends and great for couples.
The next day, you will head to the north eastern side of Whitsunday Island to Whitehaven Beach, where you will take a guided bush walk up to the ever-talked-about Hill Inlet Lookout. Don't forget to bring your camera as this will be a view you will want to capture forever. You'll get to enjoy the amazing beach below, taking time to swim in the warm shallow waters. Your crew will proceed to find you a nice and protected anchorage site for a night of relaxed fun. The next morning you will return to Airlie Beach, arriving back at approximately 10:00 am.

This tour can take children from 4 years and over by request. Please advise us before booking if any passengers are under 18 years old to ensure this is the appropriate trip.

There is a shower available on board, however fresh water is limited.
Please note that most trips will still depart if rain is forecasted, with showers generally passing quite quickly. In the case of a storm or high wind warning, it is at the discretion of the skipper to cancel the trip. Guests will be notified as soon as possible and will be issued a refund if an alternate arrangement cannot be made.
If your boat is unable to sail due to mechanical issues or any other reason than the weather, you will have the option of another suitable vessel or being issued with a refund.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance which includes covers for this tour. We recommend that your travel insurance includes cover for illness, injury, loss or damage to personal belongings and not being able to travel on the confirmed date of departure.[Please make sure this is also included in all Whitsundays sailing tour products]
Please note that luggage cannot be stored at the Explore Whitsundays store. We recommend contacting your Airlie Beach hotel or storing your luggage at Airlie Beach Bag Storage (350 Shute Harbour Road, Airlie Beach).
Please note that a $20 AUD to $40 AUD per person Public Holiday Surcharge is applicable to tours where the vessel is at sea on Christmas Day or New Year's Day.
