The Grand Tour Helicopter Flight with Snow Landing (40 minutes)
Explore the Fox and Franz Josef Glaciers as well as taking in Aoraki/Mt Cook (New Zealand's highest mountain), Mt Tasman, and Tasman Glacier. A snow landing and some magnificent photo opportunities are the icing on the cake. As a bonus, weather permitting, we cross the main divide to view the Tasman Glacier.

Please arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.
Summer (November - March): 7:00 am - 9:00 pm
Winter (April - October): 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Child ticket: Ages 4 - 14
Infants aged 0 - 3 that weigh less than 15kg are free of charge (infants sit on adults' lap).
All children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
This activity requires a minimum of 3 people to proceed. If your group has less than 3 people, the operator will make every effort to combine your group with another so that the activity can proceed.
Snow landings are subject to weather conditions and are at the pilot's discretion. No refunds will be offered in this case.
What to bring:
Sunglasses and sun protection (including for your lips)
Enclosed covered shoes (sneakers or trainers are fine) or hiking boots
3-4 layers of warm upper body clothing
A warm hat and gloves
Plenty of room on your memory card and/or phone for photos
Please note that selfie sticks, especially extendable ones, are a safety hazard and are best left behind. We do not allow passengers to use iPads to take photos during flights as they can impede the view of the pilot and other passengers.
